Gym Rules and Guidelines

An annual registration fee is at the time of enrollment. Every 12 months after that will be your anniversary date.

$50 for the first child

$25 for second child (15% sibling discount is taken off of tuition)

$25 for third child (15% sibling discount is taken off of tuition)

Tuition is due…

Monthly tuition is due at the 1^st of the month. After the 10^th of the month, a $25 late fee will automatically be applied to your account.

Semester tuition is due in whole up front or may be broken into installments. All payments must be done before the end of the last month in the semester.

After school enrichment or day camps are due on the Monday of each week.

Please write the students name on the bottom of the check. This helps in applying your payment to the correct account.

Classes missed during the semester will not be made up. Only exception is if NWAG fails to provide service to you due to a coach’s absence, power outage, etc. Classes will not be made up for holidays.

After class is dismissed all students are to leave the gym. No student will be allowed to have free time on the gym equipment.

When waiting for your class to start, please wait in the viewing rooms. When you hear the previous class dismiss and yell “Terrific”, your child may enter the floor.

All food and drinks must be kept in the viewing rooms. Please do not take any food or drinks on to the gym floor. Please be respectful of our space and throw your trash away when you leave.

The staff restroom is reserved for our staff only. When all other restrooms are occupied, the staff restroom may be used. A parent must accompany their child into the restroom.

There is no smoking in NWAG or on our campus outside of our building. Please do not stand in front of the building as smoke may enter through our front doors and be harmful to the health of our students, faculty, etc…

NWAG is not responsible for any articles of clothing, shoes, jackets, hair bows, jewelry, etc… that may be left behind. Due to the large number of students, we do not have a lost and found. All items will be thrown away at the end of the night.

No parents or students will be allowed upstairs for safety reasons.

Dress code for students is as follows…

Girl Gymnasts – Leotard and no shoes. Elastic shorts with no buttons, snaps, or zippers may be worn over leotard.

Boy Gymnasts – Elastic shorts with a t-shirt tucked in and no shoes.

Tumblers – Elastic shorts with tucked in t-shirt. Shirts and shorts must be of an appropriate and tactful length. Tennis shoes are required for class.

Cheerleaders - Elastic shorts with tucked in t-shirt. Shirts and shorts must be of an appropriate and tactful length. Tennis shoes are required for class.

All long hair must be pulled back and away from the face.

No jewelry, watches, or big earrings will be allowed during class.

When leaving the gym, students in a leotard must cover up. Please do not allow your child to leave the gym in their leotard.
